Hi Henry, I weighed up a list of Pros and Cons of my university course I selected and what the apprenticeship offered. And I decided that the apprenticeship would be best suited to me, as I could gain the qualification during the four years, but I would still have to complete the qualification even if I went to uni. I also believe that the four years work experience will be really beneficial to my training and if I ever wanted to progress further

Hi Henry! Despite my school pushing university, I knew I didn’t want to limit myself to one topic. I’ve always enjoyed learning different things and like Nia, I thought gaining work experience was more valuable to me. I expected it to be a difficult route into my career but have found everyone to be so friendly and helpful that the last two years have flown and I am confident I made the right decision

Hi Henry, I considered going down both the apprenticeship and university route. I decided that an apprenticeship was best for me after completing work experience with EY during the Business Academy, this gave me a great insight into what life was like for an apprentice working for EY. Similar to the above, I have really enjoyed my first couple of years working at EY and definitely believe that I made the right decision.
