Researching the role and finding out exactly what element draws you in and being able to convey that is important as EY is all about everyone finding out their individual purpose
I did lots of research about the company and the job role and made little answers for key questions. E.g. my hobbies, my interests and why i want to join EY
Reach out to people on Linkedin and ask them about the questions they were asked and try to prepare scenarios for different skills that you have and make sure you can confidently talk about them and relate those skills the the role
Thank You, would it be possible to link on LinkedIn with any insiders today?
Of course that's why we're here :) my last name's Khawaja
Of course :) my full name is Vanessa Totaj

You can find out more about each stage on our website, but your motivations and commercial awareness will be key - the interviewer will want to know about you. https://www.ey.com/en_uk/careers/students/application-process
