How could I apply for the graduate programme successfully? What should I prepare ?

I am a student in Heriot-Watt University and studying Energy and Economics for the master degree. I want to apply for the consulting graduate programme.

Hello. Is there any thing in particular you want to know about applying? I studied engineering with business finance at UCL. So I'm living proof that you don't need to be an accountant to apply

I think the best way to start is to have a look at the link (Https://ukcareers.ey.com/students/how-to-apply/application-tips)

For the EY online assessment, I have done. But it’s too hard to understand it.

What is the best way to prepare for the aptitude test? SHL practice?

Aptitude test can be quite daunting, however I think the best way is just to practice. Do plenty of online practice tests before hand and make sure when you do the test you're in a quite room with pen, paper and a calculator.

Also when I was applying I would do the test for the jobs I really want last. That way you can use the others as practice tests

How could I do more practice?

I would recommend trying the MI6 application if you want to try the most challenging test. If you google online aptitude tests there should be some free ones. There is also the option to buy more tests. They come in all different formats however the skillset is still the same, they just want to test your thinking

Is the situational judgement strength test multiple choice and then the video interview is more free-style?
