How closely will we be working with managers or other members of the team?
I would just like to know more about the proportion of work which is individual, how much (if any) is working in a team, and how much support is available from other team members?

Hi Ella. For any client work that you'll complete as part of your internship you'll be working very closely with the rest of the client team and manager. On-the-job learning is the only way that you'll develop your skills and learn how to do the job, and EY is built on a culture of coaching. You'll primarily be working with the graduates/apprentices, Senior Associates and Assistant Managers, but will also have some exposure to Managers, Senior Managers and Partners/Directors, depending on the service line you're in.
