No problem! Definitely research beforehand and consider how your skills and experiences are relevant to the role. Tailoring your application to the role is also helpful and practicing questions

Most of our graduate programmes are open to applicants with degrees in any background, however for experienced hires the requirements will be specific for each role. You should be able to demonstrate the relevant skills and meet these requirements.

So what role should I apply for Graduate Or experienced? As I have experience but I am also studying further and will receive degree in June 24.it is quite confusing.

As you have 9 years of finance experience I would recommend applying to a more experienced role rather than the graduate role. Most graduates are fresh out of university (roughly 21-22) but some people do have some work experience and have completed masters (27/28). I think you could apply to either, it's your personal preference.

If you wanted to complete a professional qualification like chartered accountancy, then it would make sense applying through the graduate scheme.

Thank you Daevasyaa for the reply. Now my query is that past 9 experience is mostly in accounting, whereas my recent Qualification is more suitable for recent opening without related experience. How to proceed with that as I really looking forward to continue my career in finance field.

You can try leverage your skills gained from your accountancy role that might be transferrable to the finance field, however if the role requires any specific skills or experience then you might not be eligible. I recommend browsing different opportunities and checking their requirements!
