What are the skills the interviewers look for during the experience day? Also, how long does the experience days go for? I read that people are finding it difficult to get slots. When does EY wind up with experience days and final interviews for international students?
Applicants are selected for the Experience Day by looking at their performance at the EYOne assessments. For prep, I would advise ensuring you fully understand the opportunity, service line, and organisation. Think about your motivations for the role, as well as your strengths. Finally, check our values/strengths and start to think about examples from your own experiences where you can show these values/strengths
I was rejected by EY after my online assessment early last month but I got an email two weeks back saying that my application is being reconsidered now. I've been in the final stage phase on amber track. When do you think I can ideally hear back from EY about the Experience Day? Especially since I am an international student, I'm worried this will affect my application if there are any specific deadlines set for international students. Would appreciate more information on this. Thanks!
