Hello, Do we have a probation period? How long is it? Are we not allowed to take holidays during the probation?

Hi, we would advise that you wait until you have joined the business before requesting annual leave.
Once you join EY, you will find out more about your schedule and how to submit leave requests. If you know that you will need time off work for another reason (e.g, medical purposes, close family event), please contact your Recruiter. -
