Hi Sophie, the Women In Leadership programme enables you to connect with inspirational females within EY, from those who have just started, all the way up to Senior Manager/ Partner Level, it is typically delivered as a mixture of story telling and work shops, along with lots of networking opportunities with peers, and volunteers from the business.
