Hi Sean, Would the PAS - Workforce Advisory Graduate Scheme be open this year (2023 for 2024 entry)?

On the programme website it says it is open (https://www.ey.com/en_uk/careers/students/programmes/graduates/consulting-graduate-programme-options/pas-workforce-advisory). However, I currently don't see it as an option in the application portal. Does this mean it will open at a later date or would this role not be available at all? Any clarifications on the opening would be much appreciated. Thank you !
