Structured learning and support are a huge part of the experience as a new graduate at EY, and you’re never expected to navigate everything alone.

You’ll have a buddy (usually someone just a grade above you who’s recently been in your position). They’re close to your role and can help with day‑to‑day questions, settling in, and understanding how things work in practice.

You’ll also have a counsellor, who supports your longer‑term development. They’ll help you set goals, guide your progression, and make sure you’re getting the right opportunities and feedback.

On top of that, you’ll have a student coach, who helps you manage the balance between studying and working something that can be challenging at first but is much easier with structured support.

The culture overall is open, friendly, and supportive. People genuinely want to help, and there really is no such thing as a silly question.
