EY ONE is our market leading assessment process that puts your experience at the centre.
The EY ONE stage mixes video and strength-based bespoke assessment in one platform.
FYI, Tax and Tech Consulting have enhanced EYOne questions with tailored videos and bespoke questions. All other EYOne's are merged Job Simulations and NRT or Blended NRT (Non-Professional Qualifications).
To prepare:
There are lots of free sites online that you can use to practice for the application process.
We have our portal created by Cappfinity that applicants can access for support throughout the application process.
The portal is split into three modules which can be completed at your pace:
" Career Ready - focusing on strengths
" Assessment Ready - assessment practice (including NRT!)
" Showcase - EY specific Job Simulation
