Hi! I'm well, I hope you are too and hope you had a lovely festive break. There are various ways to get to know colleagues better and understand their interests. For instance, within the last few months at EY I have attended a games night held in the office and a Christmas party, and these were great opportunities to get to know my colleagues out of an office setting. I have also gotten to know my colleagues better during lunch time, as often we sit together and eat. I hope this answered your question :)
