Hi Josh, I would just like to ask what the culture is like in EY as I have read EY places a lot of emphasis on employees

I have received communication that EY is shortlisting for its Experience days. Therefore I would just like to ask how EY has developed your personal development and other graduates development and why specifically you have decided to work at EY ! Thank you so much for your time. Ragul Gajendran

    Hi There,

Many thanks for your great question.

Firstly, congratulations on getting to our shortlisting stage - I wish you the best of luck with your application going forward.

EY is an organisation which promotes and champions a truly inclusive culture which is something that not only have I noticed, but also has allowed me to thrive since joining. The firm is very people centric - whether that is the support network that you have to drive personal/professional development in the form of buddies/ counsellors or the people networks that you can get involved with. You can find out more about each of the Networks we have at EY in the Community Peak zone of Adventure Awaits: eyadventureawaits.co.uk

In terms of developing our graduates, EY will equip new joiners with the tools and support that they need to succeed. We have a fantastic performance development process in place to ensure that your growing your skillset but also have the opportunity to raise any questions/concerns.

If you are wanting to pursue a graduate programme which offers a diverse, inclusive and supportive environment, EY is a very strong fit for you!
