As a B.Com IT student with a passion for analytics, I’d like to know if EY offers business analyst roles for undergraduates or only postgrads. Also, what are the key skills and tools EY expects freshers to know?

Your best bet is to explore Students | EY - UK to understand what roles are available and what might suit your Business Analyst role interests - Consulting and its related sub service lines would be a great place to start.
This would be the same across Undergraduate (summer intern, industrial placement, Discover EY,) and Graduate programmes.
