It will really depend on your Team and the service line you are assigned to, but in general it is a dress for your day policy
For instance if I don't have a client meeting I can come to the office in a jumper and jeans, but for client meetings we usually match what the client wears so shirt adn trousers would be more appropriate
To be on the safe side start off smart for your first few days and then see how the rest of the team dresses

As Dean mentioned, definitely formal if we are going to a client meeting. If its helpful, as a girl I usually wear smart trousers and a top plus trainers for a normal day in the office
