Its hard to prepare for the EY experience day as we will be testing you on strengths rather than interview etc where we will be asking you more specific questions around why EY and why the service line you have applied. I would however suggest that on the day, you participate as much as possible. This is Key for us to be able to score you effectively which surprisingly a lot of candidates fall short on. The other thing is to also research what a typical assessment center looks like and the types of assessments that are held ( Group based exercises, Written and Numerical reasoning).
