Its not a reflection on yourself, but most likely the volume of apps for the role you have applied. I would suggest giving our student recruitment helpline a call if you have heard nothing at all as they will get in touch with your recruiter directly to ask for an update. Could you please clarify if all candidates who progress to the final stages of the application are invited to assessment centres, or if there is a limited number of slots available, with others not progressing further?
It does depend on how many people have been successful who have applied and completed their application earlier than you. If there is need for more applicants then you will be invited to the latter stages.
