Hello, thank you for reaching out! It's important you apply with the grades you have honestly achieved, otherwise you will likely not pass the recruitment process once these are investigated. If you are working off predicted grades, it's equally important you apply using accurate predictions. If you are extended an offer, we will expect you to achieve the grades you predicted at the application stage.
It's always best to apply being up front about what you have achieved, or are likely to, and we will review your whole application on an individual basis based on the information you provide.
In terms of fill rate, this is dependent on role and location, but we always advise to apply as soon as possible to give yourself the best chance.
