Hi Lucy!If you are looking to apply for Finance/Consulting roles - I would assure that you have uploaded a cover letter which clearly shows your motivation around why you are applying and also evidencing any research you may have done to show how you came to decide that you are interested in moving into that role.

Good afternoon! When you mention evidencing research, do you mean research done about the sector and the role or specifically of the company? I've been told previously that Cover Letters should especially show your motivation for applying to that particular company?

Bengu - this would be for the sector and the company. Anything regarding the sector could be used for any company but you should have a tailored section for 'Why EY"

Lucy - you are not required to show independent learning but definitely do include anything you've done as it can demonstrate your passion for learning!
