Hi, could anybody breakdown the process for receiving return offers following the programme, is there a test etc?

Hi Maison, following successful completion of the Discover EY programme, you'll be invited to join an EY Experience Day or half-day (our version of an assessment centre), which may include a group activity, written assessment and interview. For those converting onto a summer internship, it will be a virtual assessment whereas those converting onto graduate or industrial placement, it will be in person.
