Hello, rather than thinking about what we're after, it's more important that you have thought about why you want to work for the role, company, and even location that you're applying to - this applies to any job application to any company, not just for this one opportunity. We're not looking for a set answer, we simply want to understand who you are, and why you're motivated. Ultimately, be yourself!
