We have a programme called Career Starters. It gives you an insight into the business, the culture and the work we do. The programme also gives you a specific understanding of the business apprenticeship programme. You'll:

• Take part in on-the-job case studies, business skills sessions, and networking with current apprentices . 
• Have access to senior role models within the business.  
• Attend workshops with business leaders.  
• You could even be fast-tracked onto one of our apprenticeship opportunities.
