I have an offer for Enterprise Risk Consulting, based in Manchester too!
That is great to hear! Excited to see you this September :) How you feeling for it?
I'm really looking forward to it! Not sure of what to expect really, but everyone I interviewed with was so lovely! Can I ask what your typical working hours look like, and what sort of tasks you do on a day to day basis?
Can I also ask about how many grads join this scheme typically?
So for Enterprise risk we are contracted for 35 hours a week. Our day to day typically revolves around internal audit work. Four main areas which we focus on is IA, SOX, Risk transformation and ICFR. As a grad you can expect to be doing a lot of RACMs, Controls testing, process walkthroughs.
If this sounds a bit alien, don't worry! You'll have plenty of training to familiarize yourself with the work before your first engagement.
The number of graduates varies each year, so I can't really comment
Thank you for your answers! How have you found the enterprise risk graduate scheme in Manchester overall, and studying for qualifications too?
