Hi, could someone from the recruiting team assist with an issue? I’ve been selected for an Experience Day but have seen no available slots on my portal for a week. I’ve called and emailed, but they advised waiting without further details. Could this be a technical issue on my end, or is this normal?
Hello Raphaella, it was lovely to speak to you on the live chat yesterday! This is a normal part of the process currently and in no way reflects on your application performance - simply that any slots so far for events you were eligible for have been filled, and you will be contacted when a new event becomes available that you can join. We are gradually opening events, and are continuing to offer more dates as soon as they become available. We will get in touch when dates are added, but it's always useful to review the platform in the meantime. I hope that helps!
