Hi Sarah - while I am not a tax graduate, as far as I know everyone is going through the same experience on the assessment day and everyone has the same exercises so what service line you have applied to has less relevance. I would say be open and try to network with the fellow candidates. Also a lot of the assessments you will do will assess your cultural fit and your enthusiasm and your willingness to learn so try to show those qualities. Additionally, being aware of the recent developments (e.g. how AI will impact professional services, how EY differentiates itself) will always come handy as gives you good discussion points with your assessor.
