Mobina M. asked a question to Charlotte D.
Hi Mobina, I hope you're well! I work in the Employer Brand team at EY. I studied Marketing and Communications at university and before joining EY, I worked in Learning and Development but always had a passion for comms. In my previous role, I worked closely with my team to discuss how I could incorporate comms into my role and networked with colleagues in the marketing team. I recommend that you keep building on your knowledge and do free courses such as Google's Digital Garage - Fundamental of Digital Marketing, be active on LinkedIn to demonstrate your passion and connect with people. We unfortunately don't offer Marketing graduate programmes but I recommend researching companies that you're interested in and check out their latest vacancies. Alternatively check out our programmes, you'll get to learn transferable skills that could help you transition internally in the future: ey.com.uk/students
Best of luck!
