Syed A. asked a question to Charlotte D.
I had landed an internship in my First year of university and I had performed so well that now it has become an actual Job. And I have had this for over a year now, will this increase my chances by a lot in landing an Assurance Graduate Scheme ?
Hello - for most Graduate roles we do not require any specific experience, however the website page for each role will clarify any information around that. Naturally if you have previous experience this might make you feel more confident in an interview setting, or at an assessment centre, but it is not necessary to perform well across the recruitment process. Ultimately it comes down to how you handle our assessments; how you display your skills and knowledge, and how well you convey your interest in the opportunity. I wish you the very best of luck in your application!
