Being completely honest, I have found it fairly easy to maintain a work-life balance.
When it was exam season, which was twice this year, I did have to spend some of my own time revising and I did not see as much of my family or friends as I would normally. However, the sacrifice was worth it because I passed these exams and achieved my qualification.
Outside of exam season, I am still able to complete a full day's of work and be able to meet my friends and family on the weekdays and weekends and I don't find myself bringing my work home much as I am always planning my time and adapting my day to ensure I am meeting my deadlines.
