    Hi Rayanne, I think this used to be the thought process years ago but definitely not now! Those that pursue an apprenticeship over a degree actually develop and progress their careers a lot faster. For instance our Audit apprentices qualify as Chartered Accountants nearly 3 years before our Audit Graduates!

    It is just the same really. You have the same qualification to be a chartered accountant, what is more significant than the degree, and you have the name of EY and the experience on your CV, which again will have much more significance than a degree.
