Hi, I have currently accepted an offer to work in audit and assurance in my placement year before my final year. EY stated you needed a minimum of a 2:1 to apply, and my predicted grade is a first. After looking at the chats below, apparently, your acceptance is based on your predicted grade? So say I got a 2:1 instead of a first in my second year, would I not be eligible to work next year?
Your EY offer is conditional on you obtaining the grades that you predicted on your EY application
form, and on providing evidence of these achieved qualifications. If you have not met or exceeded
your predicted grades there is a risk that your offer may be withdrawn. If you do not meet your
predicted grades, we will re-evaluate the outcome with your test results from the recruitment process
to determine if you are still eligible for your offer of employment.
