Hi Harrison - great question!
There are many ways of making an impact. Your day-to-day activities at EY, automatically contribute to the overall impact of the company. Upon joining, I would recommend speaking to a buddy to get an understanding of how you can excel in what you do. A buddy is someone who has gone through a similar career journey and are in the best position to help you with anything you require. Similarly, there are many support sessions available which you can join to help with your career progression.
Something which I would also recommend making an even bigger impact is to join as many networks as you'd like! There are many local (and global) initiatives which you can join to contribute to the impact you make in the company. For example, there are initiatives and teams relating to (but not limited to) Corporate Social Responsibility, DE&I and digital which you can choose to join if this is something you're interested in.
Thank you for taking the time to respond to my question! I will definitely make the most of what you mentioned if I am hopefully accepted.
