For those of us who require visa sponsorship, what is the process like and when does the process start?
I currently have an offer but have not received further details on applying for skilled worker visa.

The TSS immigration team usually reaches out around May, when you start filling out the relevant documentation. If you don't hear from them, you can always email your HR advisor (mentioned in your contract)
