    Hi Ben,

    Typically you can expect simple questions such as "What are you motivations to join EY?" "What are your motivations to join Audit?" So I'd advise doing some research into our values and the service line you've applied to.

    Hi Audrey,

    We've been working incredibly hard over the last few months in redesigning our recruitment process to accommodate a full online experience which is just as engaging as the in-person days we've held before.

    If anything we are seeing a lot more engagement from students with many applying as soon as roles are opening and coming even more prepared than previous years :)
