Hi Fabio, at this point in the year, final interviews will now be scheduled for the New Year as our EY offices are closed from 23rd December-3rd January. We appreciate your patience in this

Hi Rachel, does that also apply to assessment center days too? They'll be in the new year now?

Could you give me tentative dates for when the assessment centers might resume?

Yes any Assessment Centres will now be taking place in the New Year - there will be several scheduled in January.

If you are at the Assessment Centre stage, please keep an eye on your candidate account for the dates to book on.

Thanks Kate - a little confused though. Will I not receive an email about the assessment center? That is, an email telling me to book? I didn't actually know I had to book it anyway. I'm at the stage where I received an email telling me "Congratulations for reaching the next stage in the EY assessment process. We require some additional information from you before we can progress your application to the shortlisting stage."

Hi Nyma - okay so you need to confirm some details to the team and then you will be at the shortlisting stage. You can read about what that stage means here: https://www.ey.com/en_uk/careers/students/faqs. If there are still roles available for the programme/service line you applied to, them from shortlisting you would be invited to the next stage which is either the final interview or the assessment centre depending on your programme/service line.

So for now please just provide the information as requested and then you will receive information about the next steps afterwards.

Thanks Kate, yes I have provided the information and I think now I have to wait for them to shortlist. I applied to People Advisory Services and one of your colleagues confirmed that does have an assessment centre.
Please can you run me through what happens in the event someone is shortlisted? They are sent an email instructing them to do their booking for the AC, right? I'm a little concerned if there's no email.
And secondly, does the booking process mean there are at least a couple of options to choose which AC date/time would best suit me?

Hello - yes if you are invited to progress past shortlisting you will be sent an email letting you know. Then you will told to book onto an Assessment Centre and provided with a few dates so you can select what works best for you.

If you are not invited to progress past shortlisting you will still be sent an email - sometimes for our very popular programmes, the spaces might be filled, and therefore we will contact you to let you know and give you an option to divert your application.
