Hi just wanted to know is the final interview just strengths and motivation based or would they be asking questions about technical stuff (for tech consulting) and industry specific stuff

Interviewers do not expect in depth technical knowledge, however brushing up on knowledge relating to the field from reputable sources (Financial Times, BBC, EY on LinkedIn) will be a good way to research around your application. We also run a weekly final interview webinar, which once your interview is scheduled you will be invited to attend (there is also a link for a pre-recorded session included in the email if you can't attend the live session).
