Can you please explain the meaning of titles and roles levels:I'm seeing roles such as director, manager, consultant.I'm in my early career with a technical focus - where would that put me?
Or if you could explain the role hierarchy at EY in terms of years of experience, please?
Hi Tibor - this can change by service line however please see below guideline: L1 - Graduate/StaffL2 - Senior/Senior AssociateL3 - Manager/Assistant DirectorL4SM - Senior Manager/Associate Director L4D - DirectorPartner
Years of experience will change by role however, if you are early on your career of around 1 -2 years, for most areas you would sit within a Staff role
That's great info, thank you Ellie!
