While I'm aware it might not be completely relevant -
If someone seeks to build experience with EY - without a degree (we might come from all walks of life)
Is there a way to apply(and actually get noted/not filtered out by the ATS)?

If you do not have a university degree, there are opportunities to join the apprenticeship pathway at EY. I have people in my team who joined as a school leavers and those from unrelated backgrounds to their chosen service lines! I found the work culture to be very flexible to different backgrounds and expertise.
