Hi, I'm Yanuvi and I recently completed the CIMA exams. EY provide study leave and tuition providers so the entire process is very organised. You receive study materials in advance along with recorded lectures that you can go back and watch in your own time if you dont understand anything that is taught to you in the lessons.

Hi Yanuvi, thank you for answering so quickly ! I wondered if you know how frequent the assessments are ?

Hi James, that is no problem at all! This is very much dependent on your service line but personally, mine have been every 3/4 months

Of course this is on the assumption that you are fit to sit the exam. If you feel like you require more assistance/time then you can also have these conversations with the dedicated EY professional qualifications team.

Thank you for that! I had one last question that relates to a different topic. The graduate scheme that I am on is 2 years in length. I wondered what happens at the end of that 2 years? Do you have to reapply for a full time role ?

No problem at all! No that's not the case - of course there may be differences between service lines but generally you promote to seniors if you wish to continue. There are counsellor connect groups (CCGs) where your progress is observed and the team decide what next steps are including promotion
