Hi Gustavo, I am currently on this programme. In my third year, I was promoted to a Senior which means that I support and delegate work to associates and can handle more challenging tasks. After you qualify as an accountant, you are able to be promoted to an Assistant Manager but this requires discussion with your counsellor, senior members on the teams you work with and other people to ensure that the promotion is right for you and engagements you will be working on. You definitely have all options available to you as an apprentice.
