I feel like I always get cut off. After the numerical test, even though I find the test easy. I’ve heard of cases where students create fake accounts just to see what the test is like and then do it the second with their real accounts at which point they can do the test much quicker because they’ve seen it before. Many other students who do the test also share it with those who haven’t done it. I think it would be fairer to take into account only the numerical test score and not speed when deciding on whether to progress a candidate further
Hi Kaone. We work closely with our test providers to ensure it's fair and we do indeed review our recruitment process each year. I'd recommend you try some practice tests online in advance and also visit our application tips page on the website for more advice before sitting for future applications: https://ukcareers.ey.com/students/how-to-apply/application-tips.
