Hi Chelsea - thanks for your question. Once you have qualified on the graduate scheme, you have the opportunities to move into opportunities that arise in the firm. This will be up to you - we recommend building your network throughout your graduate programme, but you have to qualify in the programme that you joined us in in order to successfully complete the graduate programme.
