Hi, I can potentially help with this. It depends on department but EY tends to be quite flexible with office working and working from home. However, if you are a new starter, I would always encourage you to be in the office as much as possible just so you can meet the team and ask questions a bit easier.
In audit, we tend to do 1 or 2 "anchor" days a week where the whole team will come into the office for ease of coaching and the remaining days will be up to you!
