Good question!
Working a 9-5 job can seem daunting! I know when I first joined EY, I was worried that the structure would affect my work-life balance. At EY we work flexibly and are able to have discussions with our managers to discuss what is feasible since this is dependent on the department and team.
I suppose my point is, don't let the concept of "9-5" bog you down too much. EY likes to promote honest conversations and a healthy working environment.
