    With regards to your question, you would be expected to undertake our EY ONE assessment as part of the process of applying to our career starters programme. This is your opportunity to showcase why you want to apply to the programme and display your skillset, whilst allowing us to understand how you'd approach certain situations in the firm, should you secure a place.
