Hi Alisha, thanks for your question. I would advise the following to best prepare for video interview:
1.) Practice recording answers to practice questions on your mobile phone and watch the recordings back to see what you did well and how you can improve
2.) Ensure you have good internet connection and a webcam
3.) Ensure you are somewhere quiet where you won't be disturbed
4.) Ensure you dress appropriately
5.) Ensure you make good eye contact with the webcam, smile and look engaged
6.) Ensure you know your motivations for the role and location you have applied for
7.) Ensure you have researched EY and know what is happening in the industry

You will get the opportunity to do a few practice questions before you complete the video interview questions so you can get comfortable with the system. Please note, when you start the real questions you won't be able to re record them.
