I would say that time management is a good skill to have, but all of the staff here are understanding of the position that we're in as apprentices, as they have gone through the exams we're studying for to get to their position.
All my teams knew that when I was off for studying that I was not looking at anything to do with work and I had a total separation. Biggest tip for balancing is being strict with yourself and setting a finishing time if you were working and beginning your study time
So my number one tip for me is let people know. Everyone has to do the exams, and knows you have to study and that these a priority.
