Hi Ayo. Few things: ask lots and lots of questions - the only way you'll learn in your service line is by asking questions and learning on the job. Speak to people - whether that be your counsellor, buddy, engagement manager, others in the office - ask about their experience and advice and you'll be able to learn a lot and understand the different opportunities and pathways out there.

I’d recommend speaking to your counsellor as soon as you join — they’re like a mentor and can really help you make the most of your time. Ask them to help you create a clear “game plan” for your internship.
