Do we have to complete the certificate level first or is there a mix and match of both certificate and professional?

    Hi Saad,

Typically you'll have to pass the certificate level exams before progressing onto professional and advanced level exams.

Thank you, Aadesh. Normally, there is a mix of certificate and professional exams - KPMG, PwC, RSMs etc are following this currently.

We do opt to complete the certificate level exams before the Professional/Advanced level exams to ensure you have the correct pre-requisite knowledge for those higher level exams. Just as an example, FAR, AA, and Tax Compliance (PL Exams) require pre-requisite knowledge from Accounting, Assurance and PoT (Certificate level exams).

That means we will complete the first 6 certificate exams first and then proceed towards professional.

    Yes exactly :)

You will have a chance to apply for Credits towards Prior Learning (exempting yourself from some exams), depending on whether you have covered any topics at university.

Thank you for your time Aadesh, I have some clarity now :)
