Do people ever switch roles?
Hi, just out of interest is it common to ever move roles? For example I will be doing tech consulting but, if after the 2 year programme, I wanted to try say business consulting is that something that is allowed or ever happens?

Hi Guy, once people complete their qualifications, it is pretty common for people to move roles

It does happen people moving within the business but we'd encourage you to really give the role you've applied for a good chance for a few years.
