Do I have a mentor who is with me through apprenticeship?

I wanted to see if it is one person i am overseen by or is it more different managers depending on what I am working on?

    Hi James, thanks for your question. When you join EY you will be allocated a professional Counsellor. Your Counsellor will be a senior member of your Service Line who's role is to help you excel and develop at EY in your role. They will help you with support resources, development plans, meet with you regularly to check in and ensure you are enjoying your role, etc. Their role is to be your professional mentor as you develop through EY 😀
